Key Account Coordinator – SoPac/Rocky Mountains + Conventional Channel
JOB SUMMARY:
Key Account Coordinators facilitate our administrative operations, playing a vital role in maintaining regional infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Accounts in SoPac + Rocky Mountains: Monthly Retailer Promo submission paperwork, Monthly Promo Confirmation Recaps. Retailer New item paperwork and APL maintenance, as needed.

Conventional Channel (Safeway/Albertsons, Kroger, etc): Monthly Promo submissions, item maintenance, and administrative support for Conventional Channel Director.

Monthly Distributor (UNFI/KeHE) Promo Recaps.

Onboarding new brands regionally for SoPac + Rocky Mountain regions
-
Maintain Principal (brand) folders in Google Drive.
-
Updates to Google Drive Regional folders.
-
Support for YYN SoPac + Rocky Mountain regional teams and Retailers (inventory checks, turnover orders, etc.).
-
Market Overview updates/maintenance; commit list updates and maintenance (as needed).

Distribution support as needed for KeHE Lead and UNFI Lead. Including new item submissions, cost changes, pack changes, promo submissions, and communication.
MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES:
-
Promotional Deadlines: Ensure that all promotional submissions are completed without errors prior to their monthly deadline.
-
Proactive & Regular Communication: Ongoing and timely communication with YYN team and brands. Prioritize responding to brands within 24 hours.
-
Timely File Updates: All files should be kept up to date on the cadence agreed upon with Director of Administration (Principals Lists, Market Overviews, Distributor APLs).

Regular check-ins referencing OKR’s and discuss successes, challenges, and brainstorm opportunities with supervisor.

Uphold Yin Yang Naturals social and environmental values, including prioritizing 40 hours of volunteer work per year, buying local whenever possible, and being environmentally conscious in home office setup.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Requires autonomy.

Excellence in Microsoft Office (High level of proficiency in Excel required).

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail: accuracy, timeliness, and sense of urgency.

Proficient with technology and capable of learning new skills quickly.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to sit or stand at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods daily.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
-
Reports directly to Sonya Meddeb, Director of Administration, with additional support from Dustin Mitzel, Director: Conventional Channel and Kristen Cambas, Regional Manager for Rocky Mountain + SoPac.
COMPENSATION:
-
$18.25 to $28.56 per hour, depending on experience; Full-time (40 hours per week).
